  2. Label Your Samples – Use the provided label stickers and follow the instructions carefully to ensure your samples are correctly identified.
  3. Mail It Back – Use the prepaid shipping label and keep your tracking number so you know when your sample reaches our lab.
  4. Processing Time – We guarantee 48-hour results from the time we receive your sample (excluding weekends).
  5. Get Notified & View Results – Once your results are ready, you’ll receive an email notification. If you’d like SMS notifications, you’ll need to subscribe to SMS alerts during registration.

What are the symptoms of the STDs tested in this kit?

Many people experience no symptoms at all, which is why testing is crucial. However, when symptoms do appear, they can include:

  • Chlamydia & Gonorrhea – Burning during urination, unusual discharge, pelvic pain, spotting between periods, and in some cases, no symptoms at all.
  • HIV – Flu-like symptoms, swollen lymph nodes, night sweats, fatigue, or no symptoms for years.
How often should I get tested for STDs?

HIV: Everyone aged 13 to 64 should be tested for HIV at least once.

Chlamydia and Gonorrhea:

  • Sexually active women under 25 should be tested annually.
  • Women 25 and older should be tested annually if they have risk factors such as new or multiple sex partners, or a partner with an STI.

Men Who Have Sex with Men (MSM):

  • Should be tested at least annually for syphilis, chlamydia, gonorrhea, and HIV. More frequent testing (every 3 to 6 months) is recommended if they have multiple or anonymous partners.

Pregnant Women:

  • Should be tested for syphilis, HIV, hepatitis B, and hepatitis C early in pregnancy, with repeat testing as needed.
