2. Ordering and Shipping

2.1 Where do you ship test kits?
We ship within the USA, including all 50 states. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2.2 How long does shipping take?
We ship via our courier partner (1-3 business days). Return shipping to the lab is included with every test kit.
2.3 How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also check your order status in your ProDx Health account.
2.4 Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order has not shipped yet, you can request an address change by contacting customer support immediately.

3.1 How do I collect my sample?
Each test kit includes step-by-step instructions for sample collection. Depending on the test, you may need to provide a blood sample (via a lancet or Comfort Collect device), a urine sample, or a swab sample.
3.2 What is the Comfort Collect device?
The Comfort Collect device is a painless blood collection tool that uses gentle vacuum pressure to draw blood easily without discomfort.
3.3 Do I need to fast before taking the test?
No, fasting is not required for STD tests. Some men’s and women’s health tests may require fasting—please refer to your test kit’s instructions.
3.4 Do I need to refrigerate my sample before shipping it back?

If you CANNOT send your sample back on the same day, store it in the fridge (NOT freezer) and ship it the next day.

DO NOT delay shipping beyond the next day, as this may affect test accuracy.
3.5 What happens if I collect my sample late in the evening?

If it’s too late to drop it off with USPS, store the sample in the refrigerator overnight and ship it first thing the next morning.
3.6 What if I accidentally waited too long to send my sample?

If more than 48 hours have passed, we recommend buying a new test kit and redoing the test. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure samples are sent on time and the instructions provided are being followed.
