Order Processing & Shipping Cutoff Times
All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed before 1:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) will be processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM PT will be processed and shipped the next business day, regardless of the shipping method selected (including Overnight and Express).
Please note: Shipping timeframes (e.g., Overnight, 2-Day) refer to transit time after the order has been processed and shipped, not the time from when the order is placed.
Example: If you select Overnight Shipping and place your order at 2:30 PM PT on a Thursday, it will ship Friday and arrive the following Monday (excluding holidays).
We recommend placing orders as early as possible to ensure they are shipped the same day.

The lab requires up to 48 business hours to process results once they receive your sample. This means:
- Delays in return shipping = delays in result delivery
- Planning backwards from your deadline is essential
- Choosing expedited shipping is often the only way to stay on track
