Results are available within 24-48 hours after the lab receives your sample. You can view them in your ProDx Health account.​
4.2 What should I do if I don’t see my results?

4.3 My barcode isn’t working. What should I do?

4.4 Will my results be shared with anyone?

No, your results are 100% private and can only be accessed by you through your secure ProDx Health account.

4.5 Do you offer a telehealth consultation if my results are positive?

Yes, but only to California residents. If you receive a positive or abnormal result, you qualify for a free telehealth consultation to discuss next steps.
