2.1 Where do you ship test kits?
We ship within the USA, including all 50 states. We do not offer international shipping at this time.​
2.2 How long does shipping take?
We ship via our courier partner (1-3 business days). Return shipping to the lab is included with every test kit.​
2.3 How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also check your order status in your ProDx Health account.​
2.4 Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
