Will you do the blood draw for me?
You'll self-collect by default. Limited phlebotomy is available by appointment if you'd rather we do the draw.
Do you offer VIP or concierge service?
Yes, on request. We can deliver your kit to your hotel room, set up a private collection slot, or book a dedicated phlebotomy appointment. Additional fees apply and are confirmed at the time of the request. Email support@prodxhealth.com or call 888-964-2716 to set it up.
How fast are the results?
Come in Wednesday, Thursday or Friday by 2 pm CDT and your results land in your phone by 1 pm CDT the next day. Saturday samples come back Monday. Sunday samples come back Monday by 3:30 pm CDT.
Can I just walk in?
Yes, but saving your spot locks in your kit and your discount. Walk-ins are first-come, first-served and slots fill fast.
Where do I park?
Free valet at Hilton Conrad D, Wednesday through Friday. Just mention "Pro13 Exxxotica" to the valet when you arrive. If you're heading straight to Booth #401 at the show, the Minneapolis Convention Center has its own paid garage on-site.
When does my discount code expire?
Through June 28 only. Use it with us in Minneapolis or on a shipped kit before then.
Does my code include everything if I get the kit shipped?
No. The full $171 VIP bundle (priority processing + 24-hour results included) only applies when you come to us in person at the event. For a shipped kit, the code discounts the kit price only. Priority processing and overnight shipping are standard add-ons at $27 and $69.
What if my results are late?
If we miss the delivery window for your collection day, we refund the full $171. Delivery windows are:
- Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: results by 1 pm CDT the next day (samples collected before 2 pm CDT)
- Saturday: results delivered Monday by 3:30 pm CDT
- Sunday: results delivered Monday by 3:30 pm CDT
The guarantee covers timing, not subjective dissatisfaction.
